At Mainsail Owners Association, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide clear, fair, and transparent cancellation terms so our guests can make reservations with confidence and peace of mind.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
Cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled check-in date and receive a 100% refund of payments made.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the appropriate booking or management channel.
🔄 Flexible Refund Options
For cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in, guests may be eligible for:
A partial refund, or
Full credit toward a future stay, valid for 12 months.
The applicable option may depend on the reservation terms and circumstances of the cancellation.
⏰ Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are generally non-refundable, as the condominium has been reserved for your stay.
However, if Mainsail is able to rebook the condominium for the cancelled dates, we may provide a refund for the recovered amount, less any applicable fees or costs.

We understand that circumstances beyond your control can sometimes affect travel plans.
In the event of:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government-issued travel restrictions
Other significant travel disruptions
Mainsail Owners Association will work with affected guests to find a reasonable resolution, which may include rescheduling the stay, providing a stay credit, or offering another appropriate solution where applicable.
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for refunds to be processed. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
